The official S/mileage channel uploaded the full PV last week.
Some people seem to not like this PV nor the song, which I can totally understand, but I think its absolutely adorable.
I mean, I couldn't help but smile throughout the PV. Its Paper Mario-esque (sorry, I'm a total nerd) 2D style backdrop is so obviously fake, but I think it goes well with the overall feel of the PV. This is a perfect example of making cheap work.
I really don't know what is going on in this PV (nor do I care); all I know is that S/mileage at least looks to be having a blast and I'm happy for them.
The PV is full of cute and amusing shots, but there was one "lolwut Japan?" moment sprinkled in that trumps them all.

Either way, this single releases on April 27th and will ship with a poster on a limited basis so you should hurry and order it, buu!!

I love the PV, but don't care for the song yet. It still sounds like a Kira Pika song to me. And part of it sounds like video game music. Hmm...
ReplyDeleteI love how H!P/UFA seems to be terrified of people downloading videos directly from YT. Every video is thumbnail sized now.
