Earlier today, Kitahara Sayaka debuted her single Yappa Seishun at an Inazuma Eleven event.
It's not the best quality, but it is the full song. Here is a better quality version from the Anime's ending theme, but it's only half of the song:
It definitely sounds like an Anime song, which is good and bad. It's good because, well, like I guessed this is a good direction for her. It's bad because I find most Anime related songs to lack substance. However Sayaka's voice really impressed me here, especially in the live version. In H!P Egg concerts she always sounded like her voice was unstable and would go out of tune at any moment. But, she sounded pretty good on that live recording. I'm really happy for her!
If you want to help Sayaka-sama's debut single as a soloist do well (and she needs it because seiyuu singles almost never sell well), you can buy it!
Guh, love her. Would ask her to marry me if it was legal.
ReplyDeleteThe live version is so much better. I'm so happy they didn't have her lip-sync to the track like they did in the Revolution Lives.
- @ 1:22 I hear a little kid say S/mileage. So cute!
- The ending video is flipped, weird.
lol, yay for another Sayaka-sama fangirl.
ReplyDeleteThere is a belief that Youtube's automated copyright software can't find a video if it's flipped, so that's probably why the uploaded did that.
Sayaka <3
^ Huh, I never heard of that. Nifty fact to remember.
ReplyDeleteYeah, listening to her Milky Way solo tracks is what nabbed me. I'm kind of a late bloomer for being her fan though. I didn't really pay any attention to the Eggs and didn't care for Milky Way when it was active. - I'm not a Koharu fan so I pretty much avoided everything involving her side projects. I respected Koharu's drive and ambition when it came to all the work she was doing but didn't want anything to do with her while she was in H!P. I like her much better on Oha Star anyway.
hmmm great start for him yeah the live version so sweet too
