Linlin - Happy Star Stage May 14, 2011

A short appearance by Linlin on a random Chinese show.

There isn't much going on in this video, but we do get to see Linlin shake it:

btw, do you remember the link you sent me on the apple site about changing the region code on the apple dvd players? Do you remember it?

Basically, when you put in a DVD from another region (lets say Region 2), it will ask you if you want to change your DVD drive's region from 1 to 2. You can only make that change five times before it becomes permanent so be careful.

I can't remember, but have you tried VLC player? This blog says you can just watch the DVD on VLC player without having to switch regions (it works on Windows the same way): http://peteashton.com/2004/11/region_free_your_dvd_with_vlc/

  4. Nice! Thanks for sharing!

I watched today's weekly SmileageTV and I think you'd find it interesting. C-ute comes in and takes over the show. The girls seem to be very easy to bully without Sakitty there and Kanon gets the brunt of it. ^_^ So if you get a chance to watch it, I totally recommend it.

  5. I need a regular dvd player than....
Is there any DVD player I can buy for cheap that I can either switch regions on or is region free?

  6. @Hidders: Cool, I saw a S/mileage + C-ute ustream torrent on the tracker and didn't know what it was from. Now I know. I'll check it out later.

@Leia: Normal DVD players are pretty cheap now because of the Blu-ray boom. I found this region free one for $30 on Amazon doing a quick search: http://www.amazon.com/iView-102DV-Region-Free-Universal-Player/dp/B001RJ9XL0/ref=sr_1_6?s=tv&ie=UTF8&qid=1305853900&sr=1-6

I read the reviews, and although the pioneer that someone else recommended is a bit more pricey, it does seem a little bit safer, so I may shoot for that one. Kinda just have to save up some money now and argue with my parents.
