[BD-RIP] Morning Musume 2011 Fall Concert 720p [MF Links Added]
As you can probably tell by now, I will be focusing on download link posts while Chobi will be posting about random things like her article below. Because I don't have nearly as much times as before, I think this improves Airii~n deshou?! a lot. We will also occasionally do posts together like the Hopes and Predictions post. Hope you guys like it~
Here is Aichan's graduation concert, thanks to the following donators: Moto GP, antiswanky, Athaclena, and a couple of anonymous donators. (I think I mentioned everyone but if I missed someone, please let me know! My email inbox is currently a mess.) And BTW, one of those people will win this two disc Blu-ray concert -- to find out how you can participate in a future contest like this, read about donating!
Disc 1 features most of the concert up until the encore. I haven't watched yet, but I don't think disc 1 has any new footage that we haven't already seen in the sokko DVD.
Disc 2 is where the extra stuff comes in. There is 5th gen on stage together,
backstage footage,
extra comments from the members,
and of course, the encore (including the graduation ceremony itself).

Download all parts and join withwinrar, 7-zip, or any similar program. They were tested with both winrar and 7zip without errors.
As usual, winrar hates me (I won't be using it in the future; I've had enough). So if you get a CRC error or something, just download and use 7zip. It's free and works on any platform. You might still get an error, but you can ignore it with 7-zip and the video will play fine.

Contest #6 - Show me your writing skills!
I really wanted to do this contest a lot earlier but I didn't have the money to ship anything out until now and I didn't want to keep the winners waiting this long for their prize. So, here's Airii~n deshou?!'s 6th contest.
The prize is this:
One of Aichan's version of her last single, brand new/unopened. As I have more than one copy, there can and probably will be multiple winners in this contest.
To win all you have to do is write me something - anything. It can be a fanfic (I love fanfics, hinthint), an essay, a story, a poem, anything. There is only one rule:
1. It must involve Aichan in some way. It doesn't have to be about Morning Musume and it's fine if it has non-Morning Musume characters, but Aichan has to have a big part in the story or essay or whatever.
Entries are due by 11:59 AM EST Friday November 11th. You have a little extra time to send in your entries this time, so don't be late!
Please email your entries to airiindeshou@gmail.com and have the subject say "Contest #6 entry" to avoid it going to the spam folder.

Takahashi Ai's Graduation Concert Sokko DVD download link (new links)
Aichan's graduation concert.
So for those of you confused as to why this is out already: this is the sokko (unedited) DVD. It was sold by UFA (at the concert?) to those who cannot wait for the real DVD. The overall audio and video quality isn't as good as normal DVDs (though this one is still pretty good) and the camera angles will likely be different on the normal DVD release (IIRC, Linlin's fall during the triple grad wasn't shown on the normal DVD release). It also doesn't have any bonus footage (or a menu for the matter). But, it's the whole concert and it's months earlier than the DVD release so that's awesome.

Let's help send Aichan away in style!

As of right now, things are looking great as far as the Oricon charts go. Morning Musume's main competition is the seemingly never-ending members of EXILE (they usually sell at least 100k, usually 300k) so #1 is unlikely to happen, but #2 is wide open. Notables are Mika Nakashima (usually sells 20k), Sukima Switch (usually sells 20k), and possibly YELLOW FRIED CHICKENz (no idea about their past sales, but it's a Gackt creation, so it has the possibility of selling well). Unless I missed someone, everyone else releasing that day are smaller indie artists, or artists that normally sell 5k and don't pose a threat.
That means that there is a very, very good chance that Morning Musume will be able to get the #2 spot - something they haven't accomplished since the awesomeness that is Nanchatte Renai (it would be great if they could duplicate those sales, as well).
I bought my five copies, what about you? If you can, buy Aichan's last single!

Aichan's last single has an impossibly long title
Well, it's finally happening. Morning Musume's 47th single will be Aichan's last. It's a double A-side titled Kono Chikyu no Heiwa wo Honki de Negatteirun da yo! / Kare to Issho ni Omise ga Shitai.
...yeah, I'm never going to remember that.
There are four normal versions (three limited DVD versions), which you can now pre-order at CDJapan. The first press regular edition comes with a trading card. There is also an Aichan graduation version where the second song is an Aichan solo. Now is as good as a time as ever to show your support for Morning Musume!

Aichan to graduate September 30th?
Morning Musume's Fall tour has been formally announced along with a couple of tour dates (more dates are likely to be added in the future) to the fanclub website.
I saw two things worth noting.
First, the final tour date is listed as September 30th. Nouciel at H!O has gathered together a couple of statements that hint toward September being Aichan's graduation month, and seeing as the 30th is the last day in September (of course, it is impossible to add a later date in September), it seems likely that September 30th will be Aichan's last day as Morning Musume's leader.
The second thing of note is the final venue they are performing in - Budokan! It's not as large as Yokohama Arena, but it is much, much more famous. Many big name foreign artists like the Beatles and Eric Clapton have performed there, not to mention many big name Japanese artists (including Morning Musume themselves, during the so called Golden Era).
Buono! even directly mentions it in their song Rock no Kamisama,

Good and bad photobook news
First the bad: UpToBoy issue number 203 has been canceled. Normally I wouldn't care, but Airi was supposed to be on the cover, meaning we would have gotten tons of delicious pictures. Hopefully UFA will just randomly upload them somewhere.
Now the good. Aichan's new photobook titled Love No. 10 (releasing on the 28th) now has a cover.
