Berryz Koubou 7 Berryz Times Album limited DVD

Berryz released their 7th album last week and the limited edition came with a DVD. On it is solo dance versions of Heroine ni Narou ka! for each member, a Dance Mix Ver., a live performance of Heroine ni Narou ka! , and a short making of the jacket of the album.

Maji Desu ka Ska! debuts at #5 + how you can help for free!

9th Gen's first single as Morning Musume members opened the week at the #5 spot with SDN48 and KARA dominating, as expected. Estimated sales are 17,000 for today, which is excellent.

But anyway, onto how you can help Morning Musume sell even more.

Of course, buying the single is the number one way to support them, but you can still do something else. As of right now, Morning Musume has or will appear on the following shows: ON RYU, Melodix, PON!, Happy Music, and Music Japan.

That is excellent promotion because those are some pretty good TV shows to be on. But, there is one major show missing - Music Station. MS is invitation/request only, so no one can just buy their way on the show. And that is where you come in. You can request Morning Musume to appear on Music Station with their online form.

Where oh where have all the Eggs gone?

I interrupt my slew of encoding and download posts for an original piece about the current state of the most ignored members of Hello! Project - the Eggs. Don't worry, I'll have plenty more things for you to download in the coming days. Until then, I encourage you to read about what is probably the biggest change H!P has seen since the mass Elder Club graduation that most fans are unaware of.

With UFZS - a new group comprised of former Eggs - announced (more on them in a later blog post), I wanted to catch up with any current events dealing with the Hello! Project Eggs. I didn't think I would find much, but boy was I wrong.

Remember all of the Eggs that "completed their Egg training"? It turns out that was only the beginning.

Well known Eggs such as Kitahara Sayaka (MilkyWay girl), Okai Asuna (Chisato's sister), and Maeda Irori (popular loli) are no longer with the group and many others like Komine Momoka and Hirano Tomomi (the Egg that is older than Aichan) have randomly disappeared from the group.

That leaves me with so many questions, but the biggest is: why? Why did all of these Eggs almost suddenly leave?

Former C-ute members are making a name for themselves

Murakami Megumi and Umeda Erika, two former C-ute members, have been branching out into the entertainment business lately.

Megumi (pictured above) has joined some theater company and and will begin dancing again. Megu looks so grown up! I really, really hope she also starts singing again because I have always considered her to be the best singer in Hello! Project Kids.

Erika, on the other hand has taken up acting. You can see her in Episode One of this drama PV thing:

Morning Musume Maji Desu ka Ska On Ryu (english subbed)

The 9th generation members had their first TV appearance (and Aichan tagged along) March 26th on a TV show called On Ryu.

It was just a talk so no performance, but it was still pretty interesting. Especially when they had the 9th gen members do something special for the camera.
